At Worldway Capital, we are committed to delivering high-quality services with the utmost dedication to client satisfaction. Our mission is to provide outstanding accounting, financial, and secretarial solutions online. If, however, you are not satisfied with our services, we urge you to contact us promptly. We will prioritize resolving your concerns and work together to find an acceptable solution.
Refund Guidelines
1. CRM Subscription
– Before Agreement Signing:
After your payment is received, login credentials will be sent to your registered email. If you have not logged into your account, you are eligible to request a refund within 2 days of receiving your credentials.
– After Agreement Signing:
Once you have logged in and signed the agreement, the refund window closes. If you have unforeseen concerns after this point, you may still contact us by email (hello@worldwaycapital.in) or through your Relationship Manager. We will escalate your request to the appropriate department for further review, but refunds at this stage are at our sole discretion.
2. Service Fee for Any Service
– Before any refund is processed, we reserve the right to make all reasonable efforts to complete the agreed service.
– In cases where you remain unsatisfied, a cancellation fee of 30% of the service fee, plus any earned fee and government fee paid, will be deducted from your refund.
– If you opt to change your service type instead of canceling, the cancellation fee is waived.
– All refunds are subject to a minimum cancellation deduction of 30%. If Worldway Capital has dedicated significant time and resources or incurred costs during your engagement, additional proportional deductions may apply.
– In any circumstance, the maximum refund liability is up to 70% of the service fee paid.
3. Penalties or Tax Payments
– Worldway Capital and its staff serve solely as corporate service facilitators. While we assist in preparing the required filings, it is the client’s responsibility to verify and ensure their accuracy.
– We do not pay, nor are responsible for, any penalties, taxes, or extra costs incurred by the client outside the scope of the service.
– Any third-party or out-of-scope charges remain the client’s responsibility.
4. Factors Beyond Our Control
– We cannot guarantee specific outcomes. For example, approval or timely processing of applications like trademarks or government registrations may be affected by authorities for reasons beyond our reach.
– Government backlogs, technical issues with regulatory websites (e.g., MCA, Income Tax, FSSAI), and delays by associates not employed by Worldway Capital, are outside our control.
– Processing delays by regulatory bodies or external agents are not valid grounds for a refund.
5. Force Majeure
Worldway Capital shall not be deemed in breach of this policy for any cessation, interruption, or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Such “Force Majeure Events” include but are not limited to: natural disasters (e.g., earthquakes, floods, hurricanes), epidemics, legal or regulatory changes, war, acts of terrorism, labor disputes, or any other cause beyond our control, whether foreseeable or not.
